Alan Radlo Alan Radlo
Chairman Emeritus

Alan Radlo, Chairman Emeritus, founded Cambridge Global Asset Management in 2008. Over his 34-year career, he has established a distinguished track record managing Canadian, U.S. and global portfolios. Prior to founding Cambridge, he was a portfolio manager at Fidelity Investments, where he was responsible for approximately $10 billion in assets in three Canadian mutual funds.

Mr. Radlo holds an economics degree from Brandeis University and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts.

Mr. Radlo is associated with CI Global Investments Inc., a firm registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and an affiliate of CI Investments Inc. Certain funds associated with Cambridge Global Asset Management are sub-advised by CI Global Investments Inc.



Robert Swanson Robert Swanson, CFA
Principal & Chief Market Strategist

Robert Swanson, Principal and Chief Market Strategist, provides guidance on macro-economic trends and asset allocation strategies for the Cambridge Global Asset Management team. He is also Lead Portfolio Manager of Cambridge High Income Fund and Cambridge Monthly Income Fund, and co-manager of Cambridge Asset Allocation Corporate Class. His 33-year career includes extensive experience managing equity, income and balanced portfolios. Prior to his current role, he was lead manager of several mutual funds at Fidelity Investments with combined assets under management exceeding $20 billion. Funds managed by Mr. Swanson have won 10 Lipper Fund Awards.

Mr. Swanson holds a B.Sc. in finance from Northern Illinois University, an MBA from Northwestern University, and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Brandon Snow Brandon Snow
Principal & Chief Investment Officer

Brandon Snow, Principal and Chief Investment Officer, leads the analyst team and directs the global research activities at Cambridge Global Asset Management. He is Lead Portfolio Manager of Cambridge Canadian Equity Corporate Class and Cambridge Global Equity Corporate Class and co-manager of Cambridge Asset Allocation Corporate Class. Mr. Snow was named a Top 10 Investment Mind in 2014 and in 2015 was named as one of Canada’s TopGun Investment Minds by Brendan Wood International Canadian investment rankings. Additionally, funds managed by Brandon were the winners of four Lipper Fund Awards from 2010 to 2014. Prior to joining CI in 2011, he was portfolio manager of two Canadian-focused equity funds at Fidelity Investments.

Mr. Snow received a BA in economics and financial management from Wilfrid Laurier University.



Greg Dean Greg Dean, CFA
Principal & Portfolio Manager

Greg Dean, Principal and Portfolio Manager, is Lead Portfolio Manager of the Cambridge small and mid-cap equity funds, including Cambridge Growth Companies Corporate Class, Cambridge Canadian Growth Companies Fund and Cambridge Pure Canadian Equity Fund.

Mr. Dean has 10 years of investment management experience and was awarded co-winner of the Breakout Fund Manager of the Year at the Morningstar Awards for 20151 and a TopGun Investment Mind in the Brendan Wood International Canadian investment rankings in consecutive years from 2012 to 2018. Prior to joining CI in 2011, he was a research analyst at Fidelity Investments, where he managed a portion of Fidelity Canadian Disciplined Equity Fund.

He holds a bachelor of mathematics from the University of Waterloo, a bachelor of business administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.



Stephen Groff Stephen Groff, CFA
Principal & Portfolio Manager

Stephen Groff, Principal and Portfolio Manager, is Lead Portfolio Manager of the Cambridge dividend funds, including Cambridge Canadian Dividend Fund, Cambridge U.S. Dividend Fund and Cambridge Global Dividend Fund. He is also co-manager of Cambridge Canadian Equity Fund.

Mr. Groff has over 10 years of investment management experience and was awarded co-winner of the Morningstar Breakout Fund Manager of the Year1, winner of the 2018 Lipper Award for the Canadian Dividend category2 and a TopGun Investment Mind in the Brendan Wood International Canadian investment rankings3 for 2015, 2016, 2017 & 2018. Prior to joining CI in 2011, he was a research analyst at Fidelity Investments, where he managed a portion of Fidelity Canadian Disciplined Equity Fund.

He holds a bachelor of business administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.



Paul Marcogliese Paul Marcogliese, CFA
Associate Portfolio Manager

Paul Marcogliese joined Cambridge Global Asset Management as a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager in July 2016. Prior to joining Cambridge, Mr. Marcogliese worked as a portfolio manager at MFS Investment Management Canada managing Canadian and international fixed-income portfolios. Prior to that, Mr. Marcogliese was a partner and fixed-income portfolio manager at McLean Budden Asset Management.

He holds a bachelor of mathematics from the University of Waterloo, a bachelor of business administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.



Geoff Scott Geoff Scott, CFA
Institutional Portfolio Manager

Geoffrey Scott joined Cambridge Global Asset Management as an Institutional Portfolio Manager In January 2017. He has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, including risk and portfolio analytics as well as equity analysis of the North American industrials and consumer discretionary sectors. He also spent four years at Manulife Financial, where he led a team responsible for investment manager due diligence.

Mr. Scott holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario, an MBA from Suffolk University, and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.



Tyler Hildebrand Tyler Hildebrand
Trader

Tyler Hildebrand, Trader at Cambridge Global Asset Management, has worked in the financial services industry for over 9 years. Prior to joining CI Investments, he worked in financial services for National Bank of Canada and then CIBC. Joining CI Investments in November 2007, Tyler worked as a Sales and Marketing specialist until April 2010, and then transitioned into private wealth management as a Portfolio Trader and Operations Analyst for CI's Private Client Division. He joined the Cambridge team in December 2012.

Mr. Hildebrand holds a BA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario



Danesh Rohinton Danesh Rohinton
Analyst

Danesh Rohinton joined Cambridge Global Asset Management as a research analyst in June 2013. Mr. Rohinton's primary responsibility is the analysis of global securities in the financials sector. Prior to joining Cambridge, Mr. Rohinton worked at BMO Capital Markets in New York as a research associate covering U.S. banks from 2012-2013. Mr. Rohinton gained experience in the investment industry working on the Diversified Equities Fund at Sentry Investments and as a co-op with the diversified financials group at Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets.

Mr. Rohinton holds a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University



Grant Connor Grant Connor
Fixed Income Analyst

Grant Connor joined Cambridge Global Asset Management as a research analyst in August 2013. His primary responsibility is the analysis of income securities. Prior to joining Cambridge, Mr. Connor worked as an associate analyst at National Bank Financial covering Canadian banks and life insurance companies. Prior to that, Mr. Connor worked at Moody's Investors Service as an associate analyst in structured finance where he rated Canadian asset-backed securities.

Mr. Connor holds Juris Doctor and MBA degrees from the University of Toronto and is a member of the New York State Bar Association (called in August 2010).



Derek Cangiano Derek Cangiano
Junior Analyst

Derek Cangiano joined Cambridge Global Asset Management full-time in August 2016 after having completed two four-month terms with the team as part of his university co-op program.Mr. Cangiano holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University, where he was involved in managing the Laurier Student Investment Fund.**


Jordan McNamee Jordan McNamee
Junior Analyst

Jordan McNamee joined Cambridge Global Asset Management as a research analyst in November 2014. Prior to joining Cambridge, Mr. McNamee worked at Gluskin Sheff and Associates Inc. as part of his university co-op program.

Mr. McNamee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, where he was involved in managing the Laurier Student Investment Fund.**

Authi Seevaratnam joined Cambridge Global Asset Management full-time in August 2016 after having completed a four-month term with the team as part of his university co-op program. Mr. Seevaratnam holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, where he was involved in managing the Laurier Student Investment Fund.**

Ian Turnbull joined Cambridge Global Asset Management full-time in September 2015 after having completed three four-month terms with the team as part of his university co-op program.

Mr. Turnbull holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, where he was involved in managing the Laurier Student Investment Fund.**

Cambridge Canadian Dividend Fund (Class D units) was named Best Canadian Dividend Fund Global five years ending July 31, 2018 out of a category total of 73 funds (3 years), 69 funds (5 years), 46 funds (10 years). Performance for the fund for the period ended September 30, 2018 was 3.19% (1 year), 8.21% (3 years), 10.48% (5 years) and 10.05% (10 years). The corresponding Lipper Leader ratings of the fund for the same period were: 5 (3 years), 5 (5 years) and 5 (10 years). The Lipper Fund Awards, granted annually, are part of the Thomson Reuters Awards for Excellence awarded by Lipper, Inc. and highlight funds that have excelled in delivering consistently strong risk-adjusted performance relative to their peers. The Lipper Fund Awards are based on the Lipper Ratings for Consistent Return, which is a risk-adjusted performance measure calculated over 36, 60 and 120-month periods.
